ABOUT

The showjumping crack Quel Homme de Hus crossed with the dam line of the legendary Kannan

With European team gold and Olympic team bronze under his belt, Quel Homme de Hus underlined his reputation as one of the very best stallions in current sport by winning individual silver at this year's World Championships in Herning. The great stallion of Jérôme Guery has a small number of offspring so far and the combination with dam Edelmeta makes this embryo very exclusive, including a lot of expectations for sport and breeding.

Elite mare Edelmeta achieved a high score of 86.5 points in her KWPN mare performance test and also performed successfully in sport. She is a half-sister to several international jumping horses and her dam Lady-Meta is in turn the full sister to the legendary progenitor Kannan and the granddam of the talented KWPN stallion show champion Kannan Jr.

Dam line Edelmeta (by Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve, 2009, 1.35m)

  • Dam Rometa (by Zeus) produced next to Edelmeta the international horses Fellow Jumper (1.45m, Siebe Kramer), Gometa (1.40m) and Benz (1.40m)
  • Granddam Lady-Meta (by Voltaire) is the full sister to Kannan (1.60m, Michel Hecart) and dam of Wessel (1.50m, Pedro Junqueira), Van Meta (1.45m) and Eric Jr. (1.40m) and also granddam of the approved stallions Kannan Jr and C Nobel Z
  • Great-grandam Cemeta (by Nimmerdor) is the dam of Kannan, One Endeavor (1.50m, James Davenport) and Interest (1.40m)
