Totilas with a strong branch of Jerich Parzival’s famous dam line

Totilas x Hortense STRH

This embryo’s genes represent a huge concentration of Grand Prix horses. Sire Totilas needs no introduction. He used to bring the dressage sport to another level and nowadays he leaves his mark on breeding. This embryo combines Totilas with Hortense STRH, a daughter of Olympian Glock’s Dream Boy N.O.P and the well-known broodmare Toulouse (s. Jazz), a full sister to Jerich Parzival. Hortense herself scored no less than 82.5 points at her KWPN mare test. She is the full sister to 9yo Just A Dream STRH (GP-U25 with Kimberly Pap) and a half-sister to Bretagne (GP) and the Big Tour horses Fiorella STR and Genua TC. This direct line, arguably the best in Dutch dressage breeding, has produced many GP horses and approved stallions like Governor, Fleau de Baian, TC Athene, Jervaux and Paso Doble.

-Granddam Fidora (by Ulft) is dam of Parzival and Fleau de Baian (both GP with Adelinde Cornelissen), Navarone (Small Tour) and Zinedine (Small Tour), and also granddam of Governor (GP with Adelinde Cornelissen and KWPN approved), TC Athene (GP with Jeanine Nieuwenhuis), Jervaux (Small Tour and KWPN approved), Armani (Small Tour and KWPN approved), Zidane (Small Tour), Herome de Baian (Small Tour), Imperial de Baian (Small Tour), Goodman RWP (Small Tour), Vancouver (Small Tour) and Mascotte-STRH (NRPS and Oldenburg approved).

Buying a frozen embryo involves risks and that is why we would like to think along with you. For this we can offer you the following:

  1. The embryo must be implanted at Utrecht University         
  2. If the surrogate mare is not in foal, we will refund 50% of the purchase price (excl. VAT en excl. auctioncosts).
  3. For the refund we need an official and signed veterinarian statement the surrogate mare is not in foal at 15 days after implantation of the embryo.
  4. After the 15th day after implantation, the risk passes to the buyer of the embryo and the right to a refund expires.
  5. The right of gurantee/refund expires at 30-04-2024
  6. Mares are inseminated entirely at the cost and risk of the owner
  7. Studutch accept no liability what so ever for damage, sickness or injury to people, animals, transportation or otherwise
