Ten-year-old Nevada van ‘t Merelsnest is out of one of the best BWP dam lines and is closely related to one of the best BWP show jumpers in history. She is also in foal to the great breeding stallion Eldorado van de Zeshoek TN, who is already the number eighth of the WBFSH world ranking thanks to offspring as Electric Blue P, Killer Queen VDM and Grandorado TN. Nevada’s sire Darco topped this list for many years, partly because of his famous daughter Saphhire (McLain Ward). This two-time winner of Olympic team gold is bred out of Nevada’s granddam Idjaz-C. She can be seen as one of the foundation dams of current successful Belgian breeding and is also the granddam of the GP stallion Glasgow van ‘t Merelsnest (1.65m, Jur Vrieling).
